Frequently Asked Questions
We’re happy to answer questions! Below are our commonly asked questions and our answers.
Does my dog need to have their shots?
For the health of all of our guests, Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper and Parvovirus vaccinations need to be completed by a licensed veterinarian at least 10 days prior to boarding and cannot expire while your pet is staying with us. Please provide us with the vaccinations records at least 24 hours before bringing your pet. We strongly recommend that you consult your veterinarian concerning additional vaccinations, such as Leptospirosis and Canine influenza.
Does my dog need to be on flea and tick treatments?
We also ask that your dog be on a flea and tick treatment for the safety of other pet guests and our staff.
Are you hiring?
We have multiple positions open at different times; please check our JOB OPENING page for more information on current positions that are available.
I have a pit-bull, do you accept ''dangerous'' breeds?
We do not discriminate against any breed. However, if your dog shows aggressive behavior towards people or other pets, they will not be allowed to stay with us.
I feed my dog raw beef and veggies, can he stay on his diet?
Yes! We encourage all dog owners to provide the same food their dog would get at home. We have a refrigerator and freezer to store wet, raw or homemade food.
My dog is scared of other dogs, can he play alone?
Yes! We have several different yards where your dog can go out either on their own or in a group.
